The New York FP&A Board will meet on 14 June 2018 for the fourth time to debate on the popular subject of the Driver-Based Planning (DBP). DBP is the basis for many modern FP&A concepts and methodologies. And it is extremely essential for quick and flexible decision-making process in the current complex business environment. The Board will look at the evolution of DBP, successful case studies and deep dive into DBP Maturity Model.
The Board in New York is a chapter of the International FP&A Board that successfully operates in 18 cities of 11 countries in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Australia and the USA. It was founded in September 2013 in London. Its mission is to identify and support new global trends, skill sets and thought leadership in modern corporate financial planning and analysis (FP&A). Currently, there are five FP&A Board chapters in the USA — Boston, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, and Chicago. A new chapter in Toronto will be launched in June 2018.
The FP&A Board meetings are vendor-agnostic, complimentary and exclusive to senior finance practitioners only (at CFO, FD, Head of Finance level).
